The realtor, a young and ambitious man, was struggling financially. He needed the commission from the sale of the luxurious mansion to pay off his debts. The seller, an older wealthy man, was impressed by the realtor's dedication and offers him an interesting deal - if he closes the deal without releasing his load, he would double the commission.
Desperate and driven by greed, the realtor reluctantly agrees. As they tour the lavish home, they encounter a steamy hot tub nestled in the master bedroom.
