After months of enduring Nikki Zee's complaints about every little thing, Mad Vince finally snaps at the HOA Karen. He confronts her at their next meeting, accusing her of being a constant source of trouble for everyone in the neighborhood.
Nikki Zee doesn't back down, instead she escalates the situation by calling Vince out for his alleged "harassment". The conversation quickly turns into a heated argument which ends with Nikki storming off in a rage.
Later that night, an enraged Vince decides to take matters into his own hands. He waits for Nikki to return home and then confronts her on her doorstep. He pushes his way past her and into her house, demanding she listen to him.
As they argue, tensions rise and clothes start flying off. They end up on the couch, with Nikki Ze Nikki Ziering.
