The scene opens with Dr. Marcus screaming in pain as nurses rush around him. Mercy West enters, her breasts jiggling under her tight scrubs. She smirks at Marcus as she grabs a syringe filled with a mysterious yellow liquid.
"What do you think you're doing?" Marcus pleads.
"I'm here to give you some mercy," she teases, pushing the needle into his arm. He screams again, his muscles seizing up.
As he writhes on the table in agony, Mercy lifts his legs into the air, revealing her lacy black panties underneath. She leans over him and whispers, "This won't take long."
