A young woman (Jane) wakes up late after a long night out, dreading her daily workout routine. She stumbles to the gym in her apartment, reluctantly begins her routine, and complains about her lack of energy. The workout consists of squats, push-ups, crunches, jogging, and using hand weights. Sweat drips from her body as she struggles through each exercise. Midway through, she checks her phone for excuses to stop but finds no messages or calls. Feeling defeated and out of shape, she decides to continue despite the discomfort. The final stretch leaves her panting heavily; she can barely stand up after completing the routine. As she wipes away sweat and catches her breath, she admits that while it wasn't enjoyable, it does make her feel slightly accomplished.
